Build a bear carries Mickey and Minnie outfits for bears that fit yorkies, they have the ears, hats, dresses, tuxedos, t-shirts and they are very inexpensive. The most expensive outfit I saw was a Minnie Mouse ballgown set for $18. I live close to Disneyland and downtown Disney so that is the store that I patronize, but you should be able to find it online.
