I was paying my water bill the other day and an elderly lady was there trying to get her water turned back on after an disconnect. She was holding a little puppy of an unknown breed and seemed really upset. She was short like $10. I had an extra five after paying mine and I handed it over the counter. That is sooooooo sweet of you all to do! I'm so glad that you guys were in line. I'm so shocked that they do that to an elderly lady. With the rising prices of gas I don't know how people on a fixed income can do it.
