Oklahoma....depending on which service you work determies what drugs you can push. One service I can give Nitro, D50, Narcan, Clonidine, ASA, Albuterol and oxygen. At another service I can give epipen, o2, nitro, and oxygen. Thank God for Protocol books on the truck....Oh when you're a paramedic some nursing schools let you bridge over to nursing
