My vet thought my Jasmine might have needed a c-section when she was pregnant awhile ago (she didn't). Anyway... I was told to call them when she was in labor ... after about 1 hour into it... for the c-section. I think they don't want to go in too early... They had her due date and just prepared to be around then....
My Jasmine delivered two nice sized pups on her own ... no problem.
