PetSmart has some great gate choices!!! But back to the underlying crime. I believe your juveniles would be tried as adults, Fleeing and Elluding, Criminal Trespass, Criminal Conspiracy, Criminal Mischief. Did you happen to get a saliva sample from the gate? In a case such as that I would ask they be held without bond. Have they retained an attorney? Good luck with your criminals!
