i think something should be done. ck the lemon laws for your state. i would contact akc and send them what the breeder sent you. akc can suspend them until this is cleared up. you have to take action if they are not willing to help you out. this way (hopefully) they will change the way they do business. i think you should always try and work it out first and if nothing happens then take action. you have tried and now it is time you take action and not wait any longer.
