When kids do these types of heinous acts, it should be taken VERY seriously. Cruelty to animals seen in young children is one the worst signs that the child is or is going to be a very emotionally ill child. Almost all serial killers engaged in animal cruelty as children.
This poor, sweet baby. My heart aches for this little precious, innocent creature. My only hope is that, should he recover, this terrible act results in a special animal-loving home where he is spoiled and loved beyond words.
