Max is paper trained and outside trained. It's wonderful! It takes patience and time, but do both for a while. Now, I can tell Max to "go make a pee pee and I'll give you a treat." I leashed him in the house and walked him to the paper when it was time for him to go, and gave him a special "peepee treat." I would do this a couple of times a day, walk him the other times, and then increase the pee pad times so that by the time winter comes, he'll just know to go on the paper.

They do love peeing in the snow though!
