Mine don't particularly like to swim, but Sunnie and Sunshine both like to ride on the float with me. We built a fence around our pool because everyone one of them have at one time or another fallen in. Thank goodness we were right there at the time. SO many yorkie drown every year from falling in because even though they can swim, they cannot climb out of the pool on thier own. If mine tried to stand on the step, they would still be under water. |
