Another recipe to add...I give Zoe dry during the day and homecook at night so I don't really measure the portions (and I know there's a huge debate about portioningin) or add supplements
olive oil
ground beef, chicken, or turkey or turkey breast peeled
carbs (brown rice or alternate with pasta)
veggies (brocolli, green beans, carrots, peas, spinach, or whatever I have on hand) + add 1 tomato
flavor with rosemary or other herbs
salt
I keep it semi stewy although their face gets really yucky with wet foods so I keep it on the runny but not so soupy side |
