i saw this outfit and fell completely in love with it, but i can't find it anywhere. does anyone know if they've seen this before? or where could i get it? or if someone knows how to make it? i'm dying to get one for mocha.

i can't tell if it's a bathrobe, jacket/coat, or costume, but it's so adorable, so it doesn't really matter. hehe.
