I also read if the eat on you or right next to you and are a female, that its also a sign of there instinct. As pack animals the females are the hunters so after they kill they bring the food back to share with other dogs.... If they are bringing food to you or chewing bones by or on you they are sharing....when Bella does it I always pretend to eat with her or chew her bone with her....It's not polite to not eat what your served now girls!!!!
