It's kind of tricky since his sister is one of my closest friends, but she did speak to her parents. They were like, oh well, nothing we can do. They seemed to think I was overreacting. Ive lived next door to these people for 10 years and this kid is the biggest waste of space on the planet, always acting immature. I have made it clear that if there are any vet bills incurred bc of this, they will be held responsible. A lot of my neighbors saw it happen.
And as for walking a dif way, I live at the end of a cul-de-sac, so i guess im gonna have to drive my car past his house and then get out and walk my dogs. The nerve of some people
