Regular dawn dish soap should kill the fleas...Make sure not to get in his eyes...Just get him wet with warm water starting at the face, that way the fleas will go towards his body instead of his face, and then apply dawn dishsoap on the body and let sit for 2-3 minutes, wash off really well, and then do your regular shampoo/conditioner...
