Hold her down and see if you can get him to nurse. It will get him the colostrum that he so desperately needs and it will stimulate hormones in her that may help her to feel maternal. Make sure that you really praise her for being such a good mom while he nurses. You can put something a bit sweet on him to to see if you can get her to lick him, just keep a close eye on them.
