 I agree that puppy mills are bad and do terrible things to dogs but I can't resist this dog. He is too cute. Yes, puppymills are bad but there are dogs from there. If I don't buy it someone else will. And if no one else does (which I HIGHLY doubt) then it will just sit there in the pet store. Either way it is a dog that deserves an amazing home. I don't know if that made any sense but I hope you understand what I meant. I'm sorry for buying a puppy mill dog because I have always been against it, but I can't let him sit there.

  I do understand what you mean, I wouldn't do it, but its none of my business. Just make sure that you get a health guarantee, because puppy mill dogs tend to be sick, or have diseases that pop up later in life.  
As far as potty training goes, crate training usually works really well. I'll get back to you with some information.
