go to USER CP (on the blue bar running along the top of the site under where it welcomes you and says your name) and click edit avatar - then double click your picture to upload it from your computer and you should see it pop up if you do it right
it MUST be no bigger than 75 x 75 pixels to upload though -
and amr333 - your picture is probably too large...there's a great program called 'easy pixResizer' that you can size your photos with -
