I thought because of the clasp that it was break away. It is NOT. After seeing a post on here where a collar got hooked on a baby gate, I decided to test Susanah's. I'm glad I did! I pulled and pulled and tugged (I took it OFF Susanah first) on that thing and it would not release. I tried pulling it on lightly - nope. I tried pulling it quickly - nope.
We will be purchasing a new collar. |
