to YT! You'll be addicted in no time! To put a pic next to your name, click on User CP on the menu bar, and then go to the "Edit Avatar" option. Choose custom avatar, upload your pic, and voila! Make sure you resize your pic before trying to upload it though or it won't work. Good luck!
