she is very small. most people don't breed them under 5lbs. what did the vet say about her delivering the 4 pups? did he think she would be fine?

here is what to watch for....

if you see green fluid before any pups are born, take her to the vet
if she is having contractions for 4 hours and no pups, take her to the vet
if she has green fluid after a pup is born and the next one has not been delivered in two hours, take her in
if she is in distress, take her in

since you have delivered before, then the rest is pretty common.
you have your supplies so you should be set

the cottage cheese, i am not sure what others will say but i start feeding it after the puppies are born. if she gets too much calcium, then she may not produce it her self.
