The new thing he started is scratching the grass after making his mark. I've seen him do that a few times after going poo but it was a few scratches and he was done. But after making his mark, he will scratch all around his mark. I just realized that he started doing this after his accident. As if to say "I'll show you,, You big stupid dog." I have never owned a male small dog before,,,, Is that normal?
One of my babies is a male. He is neutered, but he doesn't think so. He still can mark every tree, shrub, blades of grass, flowers and the neighbors dogs too, all on one tank of PP. Never saw an animal so full of PP. He has never PP'd in the house, but Oh he has everything marked outside, including my tires in the garage. Other than putting a cork in his PPer, I gave up. Guess we will have to take them back to the hospital and get that part of their brain clipped, telling them that they are marking for NO USE.
