TLC - Marcel has those gurgly noises (so loud!) every so often from his tummy. And the 3 days firm/2-3 days soft stools. Can it be IBD even though he never has vomiting? (altho I can immed. tell in the a.m. if he's feeling "low" and if something is brewing)
