I put a shirt on Wobie the day I brought him home, and he's loved clothes since then. If I were you, I'd just get a very light t-shirt and start with that, rather than a sweater. Give her treats and praise when she wears it, and take it off after her wearing it for 5 minutes or so, and then work on getting her to wear it for longer increments of time.
