Oh, Debbie - I know you've been struggling w/ this terribly. I feel so bad for Dee Dee, it looks miserable to endure this.
I think I've asked this before but: you've tried cortisone? What about cortisone shots in the area? Diet? Is it eczema or some other skin disorder besides allergies?
My vet gave me some Gentacyn (sp?) yesterdya for Wylie's little toe ouchie. It is an antibiotic spray that also contains cortisone - I wonder if you've tried that?
Have they done a skin scrape in a petri dish?
