It's amazing how much knowing what to feed and NOT to feed makes a huge difference.

She was on the verge of being put on a weekly injection plan because her allergies were so severe but a little research and Jazzie has been 90% allergy free with out medication for several years now.
That's great. I've been able to keep Ginger's under control for the most part, but summer is rough. The seasonal allergies have just been so hard to deal with, even with constant vacuuming and keeping her feet wiped off, etc. During the winter, when all I'm really dealing with is food (and Mr. Fun Kitty) she never needs to take anything. In the summer, I confess, we need meds.

So, what secrets can you share to help with those airborne allergies????
