It is a "Clip-On Dog Bowl"......it clips on any sport water bottle and has a belt clip so you can take water with you anywhere you go...walks, car, dog shows, and they will always have a drink available without needing to carry a water dish and find a fountain somewhere! Pretty cool huh? I couldn't find one at the Petsmart here so Lisa sent me one.
