That is strange... but having 11 dogs in itself isn't neccessarily a bad thing if they are being taken care of. My boss has 9 dogs and had 11 when she was still married and they are all very well taken care of and loved. I am very surprised that she had an accidental litter like that though. I hope she spays and neuters her dogs from now on.
