I have been to one but didn't really see anything. A young Amish girl would go out to the barn and bring back 3 or 4 puppies and put them in a pen in the yard for you to see. The area around the barn was fenced with high fencing with guard dogs and Private Property and Beware of the Dog signs posted. It is a very sad situation but I have been in contact with Gov. Rendell and he does appear to be making steps in the right direction. |
