Little itty bitty teeny tiny red itchy bugs. We are (not so) blessed with them here in Indy. They dig in and itch like skeeters!! I'm not sure if they can move from dog to person, though, maybe someone else knows. Sorry, wish I could help more. Hope you get some good suggestions.
