I thot only mister Max was a water hose nut......hates hates hates baths
In Galveston...he does not go into the ocean because I keep him on his 18 foot leash
....ever since the tiny crab clamped onto the hair of his foot.....he walks carefully around the 10 gazillion tiny crab holes near the water......so I think going into the ocean would scare him to death.
We have a swimming pool in our back yard...last summer he fell in while I was sitting on the deck...he went under and I was screaming hysterically...(typical for me when he is in danger)
...I was able to scoop him up.....don't remember him actually treading water......how can they with those tiny little paws?????
I have to put him in the house when I hose off the porch and screens....he ends up looking like a drowned rat......often right after a grooming
