Brenda, My neighbor did Nutri System for a couple of months last winter. She is pretty disciplined and was able to stick to the program. She lost around 18 lbs. She went back to "the old ways" this summer and has put most of it back on. We found the snacks and meal bars at Meijer. you might want to check them out before you sign up. There's soy chips & snack bars and meal bars. Alot of it was portion size and you add your own meat to some meals. PM me if you'd like to talk to her about it.
