Well I got all my food!
Wow - today is day one and I haven't eaten all the food I'm supposed to yet! You add to the nutri system entree, like a dairy, a fruit, a salad..etc..
I didn't eat my dairy with breakfast and I didn't eat my salad with lunch!
And I was worried I wouldn't have enough food!
My worst time is around 3pm so I have what I didn't eat left to munch on, plus you get a afternoon snack so i think I'm good!
I just wanna drop 10 pounds so I thought I'd try it.
Anyone else try it before?
