no collar and wearing tshirt and sock around neck to protect it as when i take it off she itches it raw like that within 10 minutes - she has allergies real bad and is now going to a dermatologist - we have been dealing with vet after vet and holistic vet for 2.5 years - she is on atopica and temaril p and still does this to herself time to time
