Does anyone make them? I don't really want one of the OutwardHound ones because they're soooo not cute

I would definitely want it with a harness clip & I do like the drawstring feature on the Outward Hound ones...
I've seen some really cute handmade ones on eBay, but they don't have a clip or anything. So I can't see how they'd be safe & I know Chloe would try to jump out if she saw something she wanted.
