Lexie has this problem, too, sometimes. I've read on here to give Benadryl. My vet told me not to feed Lexie on the mornings we have to go in the car. I hate the idea of not feeding her, especially if wherever we're going isn't until later.
I got Lexie a car seat where she can see out the window and she does much better this way than when I had her in her carrier. I'm hoping she'll grow out of it b/c she doesn't get sick as often now. Good luck with your move
