I did not read your entire post. However, our agency has our headquarters in Omaha, and I know lots of people who would be able to give you some good advice about apartments. By the way, when I was just out of college (many years ago) we had a friend who lived at the Pizza Hut apartments. Then they were August Moon apartments. Funny you descibe them that way too.
