We had that problem when Scully, Fenley and Barkley were teething as puppies. One day all ears up, next day ears would drop, next day one ear up and one down - and back and forth. I've heard it is common during their teething times. We kept the hair trimmed short on the backs of their ears and gave it some time and now all their ears stand up straight. Good luck!
