You need to feed him every 2 hours when they are newly born. Try seperating the mom and see if he will nurse form mom first. If not, then try eyedropper. But you have to be so careful with the eye dropper too, because it can still get in their nose and you don't want that. If that doesn't work - try tube feeding. It was easy for me, but you have to do it right and always check the length. As the pups grow you must change you length marks. It was very easy for me, but did make me very nrevous. But is I did not do it they would have died. Sometimes you just do what you have to do. Your vet should be able to show you how.
