Everyone thank you for your comments, My daughter has fence in a little area for her Pup to go in now and microchipping both dogs
And yes Luke is a wonderful dog very gentle and loving he his 11yrs old and has never biten anyone But his bark is very powerful and scary to hear
It happened in Stevensville, MI, the police did write up a report
Their was another report of a pug puppy being stolen around the area also.
I just do not understand why this has to happen ..when there is great dogs at the pound.. It is creepy!!!
