My yorkie has been losing hair on her hind end and back legs lately. She will lay there and itch and bite at the hair. She is on frontline, I see a flea every now and then. It seems like when ever her hair seems like it is going to grow she ends up doing that. This is the second time she has did this. Lacy does the same thing (so far as biting and itching) She's allergic to fleas. She's on frontline but sometimes she'll still pick up a flea and they have a chance to bite her. So then she'll be itching like crazy. It's been pretty bad this past week, even with giving her benadryl. She has really been scratching behind her ears..she's got little bald spots. Luckily you can't tell since she has hair that falls over it. I just get onto her everytime she starts scratching. I can't wait for the fleas to die down here and she's not itchy anymore
