I think that's normal. Lacy is 3 and still shivers when I bathe her - just makes her nervous. Yours may stop that once it gets used to frequent baths. So far as being nervous around a lot of people, that just comes with socialization. If your puppy isn't used to being around a lot of people, crowds will make it nervous.
