You've got to be very careful when you trim around the eyes, as once you start doing it you want to make sure that you keep it trimmed as the little hairs that grow back sometimes want to grow towards the eyes and might irritate the eyeball and cause discomfort. It's best to let it grow and hang down and away from the eyes. But if you do cut, try to cut not from the bottom up, toward the eye ball, but from between the eyes away from the eyeball and use a rounded pair of little scissors. If you need help with someone holding them, ask for help, it's better then causing an accident...
