Well that's over!
The colon is fine - nothing what-so-ever wrong with it Yeah! But they found a really rough looking spot in my esophagus and they are doing a biopsy on it. I'm wondering if it is an ulcer. The esophagus is red and swollen. Funny, I don't feel a thing. The prep wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be but that stuff you drink is AWFUL! The worst part is being so thirsty! That was miserable.
That's all the news I have about it but I am feeling ever so much better emotionally. I really was afraid of colon cancer. I just didn't want to admit how afraid I was. Now watch me start obsessing about esophageal cancer! LOL.
Thanks for your support and prayers everyone. You are all so sweet and thoughtful. I will let you know what I find out about the biopsy.

By the way, how far up does a colonoscopy go? Are they able to go all the way into the small intestines too?

I'm on my way to Florida tomorrow so I don't even want to know what the test results are until I get back. I'm going to visit my Dad's grave and spend a couple of days on the beach. Then I need to get down to Arcadia and visit my mother who has Alzheimers. Life is just a bowl of fun these days. NOT!

Thanks again for your support.
Hugs to all of you!
