It's wonderful for those that have beat this habit...for those who are struggling, don't give up the rewards are to important to not do this...hang in there..
I found an instant way to kick the habit...I got pregnant....stopped cold turkey.. never went back...never regretted it...now I have to figure out how to stop getting preg....
