I went through this same thing with Ahia. she would go to the door and want out but as soon as we come back in she would poop on the floor. she is really good now.
take note what time of the day that her accidents happen. take her out around that same time every day. (might be a few times each day). Ahia takes for ever to do her thing. But she eventually does it and we come back in and get a treat.
My 2 have the a set time that they go poop. It is like clock work. and they are both different.
