 Charlie Barley Update
Charlie is much better today (still feeling rough) following his dental surgery, fistula repair and non-cancerous tumor removal on Thursday. He will need to see a vet. who specializes in dental procedures for an evaluation; the vet was worried about extracting his lower canines and the possibility of breaking his jaw in the process. I am so appreciative that she took preventative action.
Charlie is a lovely 10 year old male who was adopted in April from United Yorkie Rescue. If you read his Dogster page, you will see how he actually rescued me.
His consultation will be scheduled within the next 8-10 days, and will keep the thread updated. Hopefully, this information will also provide guidance for other members who have seniors or rescued pups. |
