I'm sorry but yes it does make you a bad pet owner to go out EVERY NIGHT (Documented) Get Drunk and High (again well documented) and say that you only got a dog so it could motivate you to stay at home.
It is just plain pathetic.
And no I am not passing judgment on people who go out occasionally and have drinks and have a good time.
You wouldn't leave a child to a drunk/drug addict why would you leave a dog???
I mean people who defend their actions are the reasons that their publicists get paid millions...because it works.
