she's as normal as any other pup otherwise (a little small, but that's just fine with us.) she's fast as hell, and you'd never really know she was any different by the way she plays. if you're real quiet though, you can roll a ball by her on the left side when she's not expecting it.
she'll be spayed in a couple months, and i don't see any reason to take her in before that...unless maybe i should? |
Have you had her checked for liver shunt or MVD? Liver disease can cause partial or total blindness. If you can treat it early enough, then you can reverse the blindness. Liver shunt or MVD would also explain the clumsiness and her small size.
I have a 6 month old who is blind in her right eye. She has hydrocephalus and MVD so we don't know which one is causing the blindness. Hopefully it is the MVD and she will regain all or some of her sight.
Get your little one tested if you have not already. It is a simple test and only cost around $45 or so.
