Lacy is almost always friendly with other dogs when she is on the ground and gets to meet them up close. If she is on her leash and doesn't get to say hi though she barks and whines like crazy..she gets mad that she doesn't get to say hi. She's really bad though if I'm holding her...if she sees another dog below us or someone holds another dog up to her while I'm holding her she will growl at them. So she's only allowed to meet other dogs on the ground without me holding her. I think she does this because she thinks she has to protect me or something
