I disagree.
Reputable breeders have way better guarantees than that AND they will stand behind them. I have seen many guarantees that they will not stand behind and will blame the buyer when something goes wrong.
Everything looks good on paper, that is until it is challenged.
No reputable breeder will allow a pet store, broker or anyone else to sell their puppies, they do it themselves after stringent interviews and will provide all the help and info required for that pup.
